Where can I find my Navigo pass ID on Smartphone?

To link my Navigo pass on Smartphone to my partner services, I would need your smartphone ID.

To view it on your smartphone:

  1. Open the Île-de-France Mobilités app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. I access the My Space section
  4. I select my dematerialised transport ticket: "Navigo Annual" or "Navigo Imagine R"
  5. I consult the "Manage my contract online" section
  6. I can find my support number in the "Mobile ID" section
