Where can I find my Navigo pass ID on Smartphone?
To link my Navigo pass on Smartphone to my partner services, I would need your smartphone ID.
To view it on your smartphone:
- Open the Île-de-France Mobilités app
- Log in to your account
- I access the My Space section
- I select my dematerialised transport ticket: "Navigo Annual" or "Navigo Imagine R"
- I consult the "Manage my contract online" section
- I can find my support number in the "Mobile ID" section
