How do I access my after-sales requests?

To access all your after-sales service requests (current and past), go to your Île-de-France Mobilités application. In My Space, in the "Need Help?" section. click on "My requests".

If the service request is in the "Waiting for customer" state, you have the option of making additions to your service request. To do this, click on "Complete my application".
