I would like to link my new Navigo pass or my Navigo pass on a smartphone to the Bicycle Parking service

To associate my new Navigo pass (physical or on a smartphone) with my Bicycle Parking, I must follow the following steps:

From a computer (website)

  1. I log in to Mon espace Île-de-France Mobilités
  2. I access My services > Bicycle parking
  3. I select the car park concerned
  4. I click on Contact the after-sales service
  5. I choose the "Change associated pass" reason
  6. I fill in the number of the new support

From the Île-de-France Mobilités app

  1. I open the app and go to Access My Space
  2. Select Select Manage my services > Bicycle parking
  3. Click I click Manage my subscriptions
  4. Select I select Contact Service
  5. Choose I choose the "Change associated pass" reason
  6. I fill in the number of the new support

Some car parks are not compatible with smartphone access. I must first check that my car park is compatible with smartphone access:

  1. I go to my Parking Vélo Île-de-France Mobilités space
  2. I select my car park from the "Around me" map, the map of car parks Parking Vélo Île-de-France Mobilités or the page dedicated to the car park
  3. I access the car park page and consult the "Accepted media" section
  4. I check that the mention "Navigo pass on smartphone" appears among the proposed media. If this mention does not appear, my car park is not compatible with access via smartphone.

If I have several Bicycle Parking subscriptions, the process of changing the vehicle must be carried out separately for each car park.
