What should I do if I lose my Navigo Pass if I have a Bicycle Parking subscription?
If you lose your Navigo Pass, you must:
- Contact the after-sales service of the Bicycle Parking to report the loss.
- Get a new pass (Navigo classic, Discovery, Easy or on a smartphone).
- Send the information of your new pass to the Bicycle Parking service so that it can be taken into account and your access rights reactivated.
