How do I be alerted in the event of a disruption on my line?
On a route that is used regularly, we advise you to subscribe to traffic alerts to receive a notification as soon as a disruption is known on the route.
To receive an email notification:
From the website, the subscription function is only accessible to users who are logged in to their Connect account. It is available from the "Line" screen in the "Timetables" or "Traffic News" section, by clicking on the "🔔 subscribe to alerts" bell or from the stage of a route roadmap by clicking on the "more actions on this stage" button ("...") and then selecting "Subscribe to traffic information alerts". To be able to receive these alerts by email, make sure to tick the option "I want to receive traffic information from my favorite lines by email" in the "My preferences" tab of your profile (accessible by clicking on your name at the top of the site).
From the Île-de-France mobilités mobile application, go to the "Timetables" or "Traffic information" tabs, select the public transport line you are interested in and click on the bell 🔔 at the top right of your screen. If you are interested in only one stop, select the "Stops" tab on the line page and then the stop you are looking for, then select the bell 🔔 always at the top right of your screen.
It is then possible to customize the times of receipt of these notifications by going to the "My space" tab, then "My favorites", "Favorite lines" and selecting in the ">Alerts" line the weekday and weekend time slots that best suit you.
