I would like to link my new Navigo pass or my new Navigo pass on a smartphone to Véligo Location?

To associate my new rack with my Véligo bike, I must be close to the bike and follow the following steps:

From a computer

  1. I log in to My Véligo space (mon-espace.veligo.fr)
  2. Go to Manage My Bike
  3. I click on Pair a new media
  4. I follow the instructions displayed on the bike's screen
  5. I bring the new reader holder close to the bike (or the back of the unlocked smartphone, if applicable)

From the Île-de-France Mobilités app

  1. I open the application and go to My space
  2. I select Manage my services, then Véligo Location
  3. I click on Manage my bike
  4. I select Pair a new media
  5. I follow the instructions displayed on the bike's screen and approach the new meter holder

Only Véligo Classic 2 e-bike bikes are affected by a change of support

For other Véligo bikes, changing the rack has no impact.

If the bike does not detect my smartphone mount:
I check that the NFC functionality is activated on my smartphone and that it is unlocked when I bring it close to the reader.

I can't link my new media or get an error message?
I contact Véligo customer service via the assistance service (link to Véligo Location after-sales service).
