Les travaux concessionnaires
As part of the T13 tramway extension project, the concession works consist of moving the underground networks, whether "dry" (electricity, fibre, gas) or "wet" (drinking water, sanitation). These networks must be repositioned under the pavement and the roadway, respecting strict standards regarding the depths and distances between them.
Coordinated by Île-de-France Mobilités, this work is carried out and financed by the concession companies (Grand Paris Seine & Oise Urban Community, Orange, GRDF, Enedis, etc.). They are necessary to allow the construction of the tramway platform without interrupting access to the networks, while modernising the facilities (new connections, burying networks, improving insulation, etc.).
This work is therefore an opportunity to modernize and improve existing infrastructure.
Les travaux préparatoires
The preparatory work consists of installing the necessary foundations for the site and preparing the ground for the last phase: the infrastructure works. They can be of different kinds: freeing up space, adapting it or securing it. Brush clearing, riparian restitution or demolition of infrastructure and buildings can be carried out. It is therefore all the operations to be carried out upstream of the construction of the equipment that will allow the tramway to run.
