You can now use your phone* to load your Navigo pass onto your pass OR replace your pass with your phone!
Charge them on your smartphone and validate them with it*
How do I buy my tickets with my phone?
Go to the "purchase" tab of the Vianavigo application, choose the option "on my phone" or "on my Navigo pass" and let yourself be guided.
The app displays the different titles available for purchase. You select the title, and if necessary the date, the fields, the quantity.
You must have a credit card for payment and enter an email address to which the proof of purchase will be sent to you. This address is pre-filled if you are logged in to Navigo Connect.

The Vianavigo application allows you to buy tickets, then load them either on your Navigo pass or on your phone (click on the image above to enlarge it).
Note: the service is not currently compatible with iPhones.
Terms of Use
To use the service, you need to install the Vianavigo Android app, enable your phone's NFC, and you need to have a compatible phone.

*Which phone to use?
To load tickets into your phone or your Navigo pass
You must have an NFC phone with at least Android 6.0 version and then install the Vianavigo app
Plus, to load the titles into your phone
You must be able to store the titles securely, which to date requires a SAMSUNG GALAXY phone among the following models: A5 2017, A8, A70, A71, A80, S7, S7 Edge, S8/S8+, S9/S9+, S10/S10+/S10e, S20, Note 8, Note 9, Note 10/10+/10/10 Lite, Z Flip/Z-Flip 5G, Fold/Z-Fold, Note 20 Ultra, Note 20 5G.
Please note: since 01/12/2020, Orange and Sosh no longer allow the ticket purchase service to be installed in their SIM cards, which is necessary to load the tickets into the phone and validate with it. For more information, you can consult this page.
