Have you lost an object in transport? Find it here!

Phone, wallet, backpack or umbrella forgotten on the bus, metro or train... No need to look for which operator to contact. With the Île-de-France Mobilités Lost Property Platform, you can report the loss of your object in a few clicks, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How does it work?
- Report the loss of your item. Go to the lost property platform and fill in the requested information, including the line you are taking. You will receive a confirmation email or text message.
- We are looking for your item. The objects declared by passengers are compared with the objects registered by the network's agents.
- You will be notified if your object is found. You will receive a notification by SMS or e-mail, depending on your preference, to arrange its return.
More than 25,000 objects already returned!
The platform facilitates searches throughout the Île-de-France region. Between June and September 2026, more than 80,000 found objects were registered there and more than 25,000 were returned to their owners. On average, less than a week is enough to return an object declared lost.
What are the advantages?
- A single point of entry: a single approach for the entire Ile-de-France network, regardless of the operator.
- A service accessible at any time: report the loss of your object online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
