If you already have a pass loaded on your phone, such as a Navigo Day, the transfer of your Navigo Annual Pass will not be possible.
If you have tickets, such as Metro-Train-RER tickets or Bus-Tram tickets, the transfer of your Navigo Annual Pass for all zones will be possible. However, it is recommended that you first use the tickets on your phone before transferring your Annual Navigo. Indeed, the Navigo Annual Pass will always be selected during validation, and the other tickets cannot be used as long as the valid Navigo Annual Pass is present in your phone.
