Navigo Connect evolves and becomes Île-de-France Mobilités Connect
New! From now on, Île-de-France Mobilités Connect allows you to have a unique identifier to access all your mobility services in Île-de-France.
What is Île-de-France Mobilités Connect?
It is a unique identifier to access your mobility services in Île-de-France:
- Your packages and transport contracts on the Île-de-France Mobilités website (in your personal My Navigo space): Navigo Annual, Month or Week, imagine R, Navigo Liberté+, ...
- Your purchases and reloads of tickets on the Île-de-France Mobilités app and its partner apps (Bonjour RATP, SNCF Connect, Transdev Île-de-France)
- Your favourites and route searches on the Île-de-France Mobilités website (under the heading "My Journeys") and on the Île-de-France Mobilités app
- Your carpooling trip reservations on Île-de-France Mobilités' partner apps (Klaxit, Karos, Blablacar Daily)
- And soon many other services...
Île-de-France Mobilités Connect, you already know it!
Île-de-France Mobilités Connect is simply the new name of Navigo Connect.
This is the email address and password you were already using to log in to the Île-de-France Mobilités mobile application, to the "My trips" section on the Île-de-France Mobilités website, as well as to partner applications.
This new name better reflects the scope of the mobility services offered by Île-de-France Mobilités.
Do I need to do something?
You don't have to do anything!
Île-de-France Mobilités Connect will be gradually rolled out on sites and applications already using Navigo Connect, and you will be able to continue to connect to your various services with your usual identifiers.
