I uninstalled my iOS app. Do I lose my tickets that have already been purchased?

If you delete the transport app on iPhone, you don't lose your tickets because they are stored in the secure element of your iPhone or Apple Watch.

You need to go to the App Store to reinstall the app so that you can view available tickets again and buy new ones or view them from the Apple Wallet app.
