Where can I find my support number?
In the event of after-sales service at the counter or in a branch, the agent may ask you for the number of your securities carrier. This number is mentioned on the proof of purchase sent by email:
In the Île-de-France Mobilités application, this number is displayed at the bottom of the customer service access screen from the My Space menu> Contact us.
In the Samsung Wallet, select Navigo Région Ile-de-France to view the titles loaded on your phone and the support number at the bottom of the screen.
In the Apple Maps app, select the dematerialized Navigo card. Your support number is the Service ID accessible from the context menu (...) > Card Number
