Where can I find my support number?
In the event of after-sales service at the counter or in a branch, the agent may ask you for the number of your securities carrier. This number is mentioned on the proof of purchase sent by email:

In the Île-de-France Mobilités application, this number is displayed at the bottom of the customer service access screen from the My Space menu> Contact us.
In the Apple Maps app, select the dematerialized Navigo card. The number of your support is the Service ID accessible from the context menu (...) > Card number
In the Samsung Wallet, select Navigo Région Ile-de-France to view the titles loaded on your phone and the support number at the bottom of the screen.
