I have exceeded the validity period of my ticket, what will happen if I meet a control officer?

As with a Navigo pass or a magnetic ticket, if the validity period of your ticket is exceeded, you will be fined as being "without a transport ticket" and the control officer will issue a special magnetic ticket allowing you to leave the network if necessary (in the event of exiting at an RER station).
