I would like to link my new Navigo pass or my new Navigo pass on a smartphone to Vélib' Métropole?

A change of medium (dematerialization, rematerialization, change of smartphone, loss/theft, replacement of the pass, etc.) does not automatically update my Vélib' unlock mode.

If a device is already associated with my Vélib' subscription, it remains active until I make the change from my Vélib' account.

To change my support or my unlock mode, I can follow the official tutorial made available by Vélib' Métropole:
