Compensation area for Navigo customers
Île-de-France Mobilités offers passengers in the Ile-de-France region a compensation space to simplify their procedures.
As part of the latest contracts concluded with transport operators, Île-de-France Mobilités has strengthened its requirements in favour of passengers. You can therefore benefit from a refund in several situations:

Punctuality
When the punctuality of trains and RER trains has been below 80% for at least three months in the past year
Long strikes
In the event of strikes that have severely disrupted traffic over a prolonged period
Exceptional incidents
In the event of exceptional incidents that have severely disrupted your travels

2026 Punctuality Compensation Campaign
Île-de-France Mobilités has strengthened its requirements for transport operators in order to improve the punctuality of trains and RER trains and thus guarantee a better quality of service for passengers.
From 11 March to 7 April 2026, you can request a refund if the punctuality of your usual transport route has been less than 80% for at least three months in 2025.
