I made a mistake when purchasing a title / I will not use the plan loaded in my phone or smartwatch. Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Other packages may be fully or partially reimbursed under certain conditions.
For a pass loaded into your Navigo pass with the phone, you must go to the ticket office or agency to cancel the pass in question. You will then be given proof of cancellation.
You can then send your refund request from the mobile application by attaching the proof of cancellation to your request in the Contact us section >Tickets loaded on my Navigo pass> Other request.
