I made a mistake when buying a ticket / I won't use the plan loaded in my phone or smartwatch. Can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Other packages may be fully or partially reimbursed under certain conditions.
For a pass loaded into your Navigo pass with the phone, you must go to the ticket office or agency to cancel the pass in question. Proof of cancellation will then be given to you.
You can then send your refund request from the mobile app by attaching the cancellation receipt to your request in the Customer Service section> A problem with my support or tickets> My phone> I want to request a refund.
