Why are the north and south termini relatively far from the connecting stations?

To the north, in Paris 13th: the terminus is less than 2 minutes walk from the RER C and in the immediate vicinity of the Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand metro station. It could not be installed directly in front of the station due to the lack of a sufficient section of road (60 metres in one piece) to park two Tzen 5 buses without hindering general traffic or that of the other bus lines. In addition, the Avenue de France rests on a concrete slab that limits the anchoring in depth.

To the south, in Choisy-le-Roi: Avenue Picasso, which leads to Choisy-le-Roi station, is too narrow to allow the regulation and manoeuvring of buses while maintaining accessible sidewalks. The terminus was therefore located at the Lugo/Marcailloux/Rollin-Régnier/8 May 1945 crossroads, about a 6-minute walk from Choisy-le-Roi station (RER C, T9 tramway, TVM, bus 393) via a signposted and legible pedestrian path.
