Does the project require land acquisitions?

Yes. To create the dedicated site and the associated developments, nearly 70 land acquisitions were necessary along the route, mainly in Vitry-sur-Seine and Choisy-le-Roi. Between 2019 and 2024, several parcel surveys identified the properties concerned and their owners. Some of these acquisitions have now been finalized, others are still in progress. On some plots, in particular Quai Jules Guesde, illegal occupations have complicated the procedures and caused delays.
