Since May 2026, a single platform has made it possible to declare the loss of an object on the entire Ile-de-France transport network, regardless of the operator. And it's working: more than 25,000 objects have already found their owners!

This summer, 50 projects were carried out simultaneously on the Ile-de-France network. Although they have sometimes had an impact on travel, they have met a clear objective for the past 10 years: to make the Île-de-France region the best transport network...

From October 5 to December 31, 2026, Île-de-France Mobilités gives you the floor on the Ile-de-France bus network. The objective is to continue to improve the service as closely as possible to the needs and expectations of passengers.
