A MORE READABLE OFFER WITH RENUMBERING
Why does the number of the lines change?
The Ile-de-France bus network now has nearly 1,900 lines, many of which share the same number. For example, there are 13 different bus lines with the number 10, which makes it difficult to find routes and creates confusion for users.
Thanks to a new consistent numbering, passengers will be able to find their bus line more easily when searching on the application or the iledefrance-mobilites.fr website, as it will be the only one in Île-de-France to have this number.
What changes for the user
The new numbering is accompanied by several changes on the network.
In concrete terms, this means that:
· Your Filéo lines are changing their name and becoming TàD Roissy.
· Your regular lines change numbers, all line numbers will start with 16.
· Some numbers are evolving: a single line used to become two lines that are easier to understand and use.
· The classification of the network has been clarified, to better reflect the journeys actually made.
Support as close as possible to passengers
To support this development, an information campaign will be deployed throughout the network:
· Explanatory flyers will be distributed to users.
· The digital media are updated.
· The presence of agents will be reinforced to provide guidance.
· Posters will be posted on board buses and at stops.
