I'm changing my Navigo pass or smartphone: what are the impacts on my partner services?

When I change Navigo support (physical Navigo pass or smartphone pass), the partner services are not automatically associated with my new support, in particular for the following services:

  • Île-de-France Mobilités bicycle parking (access to the car park)
  • Véligo Rental (bike unlocking)
  • Vélib' (unlocking the bike)
  • Communauto (vehicle unlocking)
  • Park & Ride

If you want to keep my old Navigo passsupport support to access your partner services, there is no action to take. Your My accesses remain associated with your my Navigo pass.

If you wish to use my new Navigo passsupport support to access your partner services, a change of support process is to be carried out for each of the services.

The following are considered to be a change of medium:

  • I transferred my tickets from my Navigo pass to my smartphone or vice versa (dematerialization / rematerialization)
  • I changed my smartphone
  • I have redownloaded the application (new dematerialized support number)
  • I replaced my Navigo pass that had reached the end of its life
  • My Navigo pass or smartphone has been lost or stolen
  • My Navigo pass has been replaced by the after-sales service for malfunction
