A new consultation from September 14 to October 15, 2026!

Île-de-France Mobilités is organising a new phase of preliminary consultation on the EVE (Esbly – Val d'Europe) Bus project, a new transport line with its own lane that will link Esbly station to the Grand Hôpital de l'Est Francilien located in Jossigny. This consultation will take place from September 14 to October 15, 2026. Residents, users, associations, economic actors and partners in the territory are invited to discover the evolution of the project and to share their opinions in order to contribute to the continuation of the studies.
Why a new consultation?
A first preliminary consultation was organised in 2015, and allowed the public to express their views on the opportunity, the main principles and the route variants for public transport in dedicated lanes (TCSP). The lessons that emerged helped guide the studies and the most appropriate solutions were chosen.
Since then, the studies have continued and the project has undergone significant developments, in particular to include the doubling of the road on Avenue Schuman carried out by EpaMarne-EpaFrance. These modifications to the project require the organisation of a new preliminary consultation which will make it possible to present the project in its current state of progress, to explain the choices made and to collect public comments before the next regulatory stage: the public inquiry, scheduled for 2027.
The contributions collected during this consultation will feed into the final studies before the public inquiry file is compiled.
How to participate?
Throughout the duration of the consultation, everyone will be able to:
- consult all the information on the project and the consultation on the website;
- file a review online;
- participate in meetings organized in the territory (meetings in stations, local meetings, walk-workshop and closing public meeting), the calendar of which will soon be posted online.
