Noiseau bus operational centre

100% clean energy

The Bus operational centre in Noiseau aims to replace the current site in Pontault-Combault, in order to initiate the energy transition of the bus fleet to clean energy and anticipate possible changes in the offer.

It will accommodate 105 buses, including 35 articulated buses serving the south-east of the Val-de-Marne, stored and maintained on site. He will also join the offices in charge of operating the lines. The site will accommodate buses powered by 100% clean energy: bioNGV and possibly hydrogen in a second phase.

Île-de-France Mobilités is designing a building with a high environmental standard:

  • Low consumption and use of a majority of renewable energies (heat pump, photovoltaic panels on 40% of the roof of the buildings and about 20% of the parking area),
  • Low water consumption, recovery of washing water,
  • Infiltration of rainwater to the plot and attention paid to biodiversity thanks to the maintenance of 20% of the spaces in the ground.

The depot will be located within the ZAC des Portes de Noiseau managed by GPSEA via its developer SPL Avenir Développement, on an industrial wasteland. The site will thus be a natural fit for this urban project which combines economic, agricultural and residential activity.

The cost of the studies and works is estimated at around 27.5 million euros.

It is scheduled to be commissioned by 2029.

Île-de-France Mobilités is supported by the Demathieu-Bard consortium, landForma (architect), WSP, Medinger for the design and construction of the Noiseau bus operational centre.
