When would the extension be put into service?

At this stage of the studies, the provisional schedule of the project estimates that the extension could be opened by 2040. This horizon is conditioned by the course of each stage:

- At the end of the consultation, the CNDP's guarantors will publish a report to which Île-de-France Mobilités will respond within two months, with its decision on the continuation of the project.

- If this continues, the studies would continue, with continuous consultation, before a new public inquiry in 2028.

- The State would decide on the public interest at the end of it.

- If the public utility is declared, and the financing obtained for the realization of the project would follow, the preliminary studies, the administrative authorizations, the project studies and then the works, the tests and finally the dry run.

- The extension could be opened by 2040.

Each step remains conditioned by the previous one.
