Development work on the RD30 and Rue Saint-Sébastien
As part of the arrival of the future T13 Poissy ZAC station, Île-de-France Mobilités is building a new ramp for pedestrians and cyclists. This development will facilitate travel between the Rouget-de-Lisle district, the Boulevard de l'Europe and the future station.

The work concerns the area between Avenue de Pontoise (RD30) and Rue Saint-Sébastien.
The project will take place from May to October 2026 and will be organised in three phases:
- May – June 2026 : installation of the site and installation of signage;
- June – July 2026 : earthworks and construction of the foundations;
- July – October 2026 : road works, then deinstallation of the site, with a summer break scheduled from 17 to 28 August.
This development aims to improve accessibility and soft mobility around the future T13 tram station.

What will be the impact on your daily life?
- The work carried out may cause noise and vibration pollution during the day.
- The car lanes will be modified on the RD 30.
- The bike path and sidewalk will switch to the west side of the road. Signage and temporary pedestrian crossings will be installed
