Saint-Exupéry and Rouget-de-Lisle public meeting: progress report on the work on the extension of the T13 tram
On April 21, 2026, a public information meeting was held at the Saint-Exupéry Club in Poissy. Organised by Île-de-France Mobilités and SNCF Réseau, this meeting brought together the inhabitants of the Saint-Exupéry and Rouget-de-Lisle districts, in the presence of the Mayor of Poissy, Sandrine Berno Dos Santos, as well as representatives of the project and local elected officials.
This meeting was an opportunity to present the progress of the preparatory work for the extension of the T13 tram between Poissy and Achères, as well as the next stages of the project until the commissioning scheduled for 2028.

The work currently underway concerns in particular:
- The completion of the retaining wall in the Saint-Exupéry district
- Concession works and the relocation of the networks
- Alternating traffic and occasional road closures on Rue Saint-Sébastien and Rue Adrienne Bolland
- The implementation of measures to limit the nuisance of construction sites and to support local residents
Future work was also presented, including:
- The creation of a pedestrian/cyclist ramp between the RD30 and the future "Poissy ZAC" station
- The development of an access between rue Saint-Sébastien and the Saint-Exupéry swimming pool
- Future road and infrastructure works planned until 2027
- The development of the Rouget-de-Lisle sector and the future urban maintenance centre
Several subjects were also discussed with the inhabitants:
- Cycling facilities and connections with the Poissy bicycle network
- Connections between the tramway and the RER in Poissy
- The project schedule and commissioning target in 2028
- Nuisances related to the work (vibrations, noise, traffic)
- Parking and safety facilities around the tramway
- The greening of the surroundings and the integration of the project into the landscape
