2026 end-of-year works in Poissy
In order to prepare for the arrival of the T13 tramway extension, several works will take place simultaneously in Poissy at the end of 2026. Discover below the schedule of the work, the areas concerned and the main impacts to be expected in the coming months.
Transition zone
Where?
Between Impasse Hervieux and Avenue Fernand Lefebvre.
When?
The work will continue until 2028.
The work
In this transition zone, the work involves the construction of retaining walls and the creation of the tramway platform.
Impacts to be expected
- Vibrations can be felt during the day during certain phases of the construction site.
- Rue de la Bruyère remains closed to traffic between Avenue de Versailles and Avenue Fernand Lefebvre.
- Access to this portion of the street is reserved for local residents.
These developments are part of the construction of the new tramway infrastructure and will continue until 2028.

Avenue de Versailles
Where?
Avenue de Versailles, between Rue de la Bruyère and Avenue du Maréchal Foch.
When?
• From the end of September 2026 to the beginning of January 2027
• From the end of March to the beginning of May 2027
The work
Completion of the sanitation and road works carried out prior to the creation of the tramway platform.
Impacts to be expected
- Modification of car traffic: one-way traffic in the uphill direction (towards Saint-Germain-en-Laye).
- Traffic is maintained in both directions but reduced to two lanes on Boulevard Gambetta.
- The Boulevard de la Paix is made one-way.
- Coming from Saint-Germain-en-Laye, you can reach the city centre via Avenue Fernand Lefebvre.
- Line 5 is diverted and some stops moved. The judgments: Ernest Lavisse; Orée du Bois; Great Belt; La Bruyère will not be served.
Boulevard Gambetta
Where?
Boulevard Gambetta.
When?
The work will continue until 2027.
The work
Several interventions are being carried out on Boulevard Gambetta:
- the work carried out by the concessionaires Orange and GPSEO;
- the first works to create a sewerage network for the evacuation of rainwater;
- road works.
Impacts to be expected
- To allow for the connection work to the existing network, Boulevard Gambetta is temporarily reduced from four lanes to two lanes.
- The interventions are carried out successively on one side, then on the other side of the boulevard, in order to maintain traffic and allow the work to be carried out.

Where?
Crossroads of Europe.
When?
Until January 2027.
The work
Sanitation work is being carried out ahead of the redevelopment work on the intersection, which is scheduled to start in 2027.
Impacts to be expected
- Traffic at the roundabout has been modified, with a reduction in the number of lanes and an adaptation of pedestrian paths.
Urban Maintenance Center (CDMU)
Where?
Between the national rail network and the future Boulevard de l'Europe, currently extended by the Yvelines Department.
When?
From 2026 to 2028.
The work
Construction work on the Urban Maintenance Centre (CDMU) is being carried out. It will be dedicated to the maintenance of the tramway platform and the stations.
Impacts to be expected
- Vibrations and noise pollution can be felt during the day during certain phases of the worksite.
- No impact on traffic is expected.
Quartier Saint-Exupéry - Avenue de Pontoise

Where?
On the bridge of the RD30 in the direction of Achères (avenue de Pontoise).
When?
Until January 2027.
The work
Work is being carried out to create a pedestrian and cycle access ramp to the resort from the RD30.
Impacts to be expected
- Noise and vibration pollution can be felt during the day during certain phases of the work.
- The cycle path and the pavement will be diverted on the west side, with the installation of secure temporary facilities.
Saint-Sébastien Street and Adrienne Bolland Street
Where?
Between the Saint-Exupéry swimming pool and the rue Saint-Sébastien.
When?
Until December 2026.
The work
Creation of a pedestrian access linking the district to the future Poissy ZAC station, as well as carrying out infrastructure works related to rainwater management.
Impacts to be expected
- Traffic will alternate on Rue Saint-Sébastien, with a narrowing of the road.
- The swimming pool car park will be accessible in one direction.
- Pedestrian paths will be maintained and secured.
