Is the tramway a mode of transport that is good for the environment?

The tramway, as public transport, is an ecological mode of transport. Indeed, it avoids the use of the private car for the same journey. A tram runs on electricity, a type of energy that emits little CO2. The T13 tram extension project is therefore part of a logic of developing more sustainable mobility.
