Prior consultation
- 2 public meetings in Limeil-Brévannes and Villeneuve-Saint-Georges,
- 5 field meetings (at the Pointe du Lac station, at the Valenton market, in the Bois Matar district in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges, in the Temps Durables district and near the rue Émile Zola in Limeil-Brévannes).
Consultation continues
Consultation continued throughout the preliminary studies in 2018. In all, more than 50 meetings were held to present the project's progress and discuss the project's progress with all the project's stakeholders (technical services, elected officials, local residents, associations, the general public), including:
- 3 meetings with the residents of Créteil,
- 2 meetings with PRM associations,
- 1 event for the general public with entertainment and information stands at "La fête du câble" in Limeil-Brévannes,
- 1 meeting of stakeholders at the Departmental Council,
- 1 public meeting in Limeil-Brévannes.
A project submitted to the public inquiry
A new time for exchanges and information, the public inquiry took place from 25 March 2019 until 11 May 2019. In addition to the various methods of collecting opinions (paper and electronic registers, email and mail), the public was once again able to participate in the debates and give its opinion on the characteristics and conditions of insertion of the project into its environment:
- 16 offices of the Commission of Inquiry in the 4 cities concerned by the project
- The public inquiry made it possible to collect a large number of contributions: 1,227 opinions were received, 78% of which were in favour.
- The public inquiry report drawn up by the Commission of Inquiry made it possible to establish the structuring nature of the project for the territory.
- The prefect declared the project to be in the public interest on 22 October 2019.
