Paris 2024 Games: no increase in transport for Ile-de-France residents
During the Paris 2024 Games, more than 10 million spectators are expected in Île-de-France.
To adapt the network to host an event of this scale, Île-de-France Mobilités has invested €200 million in the implementation of a dedicated transport plan, which includes a 15% increase in the mobility offer.
An additional cost that Île-de-France Mobilités does not want to pass on to Ile-de-France residents.
From 20 July to 8 September 2024, transport fares are changing to finance the increase in supply
To finance the +15% increase in the transport offer, fares are increasing for the duration of the Paris 2024 Games, from 20 July to 8 September 2024.

Price increases during the Paris 2024 Games, what is changing?
From July 20 to September 8, 2024:
- The t+ ticket (for the metro, tram and bus) will be sold at 4 euros,
- The train/RER ticket outside Paris (called Origine Destination) goes to 6 euros per unit and 4.80 euros in a booklet of 10 tickets,
- Bus tickets to Roissy and Orly airports will be increased to 16 euros,
- Navigo day and week passes will exceptionally not be marketed.
