How do I buy tickets with my phone and add them onto my Travel Card?

Go to the "Purchase" tab on the Vianavigo app, choose the option "on my Navigo Card" and follow the instructions.

The application displays the various tickets available. Select the ticket and, if necessary, the date, the zones, the number required.

You must have a credit card for payment and enter an email address to which proof of purchase will be sent. This address is pre-filled if you are connected to Navigo Connect.

You can then add your tickets onto your Navigo card (and check the status of your tickets)*

Please note

  • The majority of NFC Android phones from Android version 6 and above are potentially compatible. However, some phones do not have the necessary functions to access the SIM card. This is the case for One Plus or Google Pixel 1 and 2 phones for example.
  • The service is not yet compatible with iPhones.
