Navigo Annual Ticket

• Within the zones for which your ticket is valid, it is accepted on all modes of transport (metro, train, RER, express tram, tram and bus including Filéo), with the exception of certain direct airport services. (Orlyval, Bus Direct Paris-Airport ex-Cars Air France, VEA Disney shuttles) and tourist buses (OpenTour, Cars Rouges).
• You can sign up with the option to change, suspended or terminate the ticket at any time:
  - for one year, in one single payment, renewed each year;
  - or without a fixed end date, by automatic monthly direct debits (eleven direct debits every twelve months).
• It has no expiry date and only the suspension or termination of the ticket as defined in articles 8 and 9 of the General Conditions of Sale and Use of the Navigo Annual Ticket can stop the monthly automatic debit.
• In the event of loss or theft, your ticket can be replaced immediately and free of charge (twice a year maximum). 

Choice of zones

All zones ticket: You can travel throughout Ile-de-France (Zones 1 to 5), every day.

2-zone ticket:

• It is only valid in the selected zones (2-3, 3-4 or 4-5), except during “dezoned” periods.
• It is “dezoned” on weekends, public holidays, during half-term school holidays in zone C and from 15 July to 15 August. During these periods it is valid across all zones. 

Good to know:

• This ticket is reimbursed at a minimum of 50% by your employer for the zones required for home-work travel.
• The zones of the Navigo Annual Ticket can be modified monthly payments adjusted accordingly, except for the Senior Pricing which is only available in “all zones”.
• The Navigo Annual Ticket entitles you to two free carpooling trips per day
• The administration fee is 7.60 euros.

You can carry out various operations to manage your Navigo Annual Ticket:

• obtain proofs of purchase (for employer reimbursement, etc.);
• change the zones (except for Navigo Annual Senior);
• pause and resume the ticket at any time;
• cancel the ticket;
• replace a lost, stolen, expired or defective card;
• change the method of payment (except for Navigo Annual Senior) or bank details

•  In transport networks: commercial agencies, multi-service offices and certain RATP ticket offices, SNCF Transilien sales offices and Optile.

For the Navigo Annual Senior Ticket, go to the transporter’s sales offices, some RATP ticket offices or some Navigo SNCF Service Counters with your RIB/IBAN and proof of identity.

• The only payment method authorised for Senior pricing is monthly direct debit. If you already have a Navigo Annual Ticket with one-time payment, you must change your payment method by going to a sales office, some RATP ticket offices or some Navigo SNCF Service Counters.
•  Senior pricing is only available with the All Zones ticket (Zones 1 to 5). If you already have a Navigo Annual 2-zone Ticket (Zones 2-3, 3-4 or 4-5), you must change the zones at a sales office, some RATP ticket offices or some Navigo SNCF Service Counters.
