What should I do if I can't buy a t+ ticket, an airport ticket or Paris 2024 Pass from the Paris 2024 Public Transport mobile app?
If you are unable to access the "Purchase" tab of your Paris 2024 Public Transport application, or if an unexplained error message is displayed during your purchase attempts, you can contact us directly from the application's after-sales service.
To do this, select "Contact Us" from the "Purchase" tab or from "My Space" by clicking on "Contact Us" then "My tickets purchased or subscribed with my phone".
Please note: to contact the after-sales service, you must first create or log in to an Île-de-France Mobilités account. This step allows us to follow up on your request and to be able to respond to you.
