Each technical commission is made up of nine members as follows:
- Five advisers chosen from among the representatives of the Ile-de-France Regional Council,
- Two advisers chosen from among the representatives of the Paris Council,
- One advisor chosen from among the representatives of the departments of the inner suburbs of Île de France (Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne),
- One advisor chosen from among the representatives of the departments of the greater Paris region (Essonne, Seine-et-Marne, Val-d'Oise and Yvelines),
- One representative of the Paris - Île-de-France Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
- and one representative of the presidents of public bodies for intermunicipal cooperation.
