If you live or work in Île-de-France and regularly use public transport this card is for you.
It gives you access to all means of transport in Île-de-France. You can use it to hold a monthly or annual ticket or use it to use the Navigo Liberté+ ticket
Issued free of charge
- online from your "Manage my Navigo card" section
- at RATP, SNCF Transilien and Optile ticket and sales offices
- by post with the Agence Navigo

The Navigo Travel Card can be obtained:
- online from the "Order a Navigo card" section. You will need a photo to upload or take a photo during the online ordering process.
You can have it sent to your home address or you can collect it from a ticket office;
- at any time in a ticket or sales office. You will need proof of identity and proof of residence). The photo will be taken by staff;
- by post with the Agence Navigo by sending a completed Navigo Travel Card application form (available at Navigo sales offices, ticket offices or customer service offices.
The Navigo Travel Card is reserved for people living or working in Île-de-France and is initially issued to them free of charge. Only one Navigo Travel Card can be issued to each person.
For those who do not live in Île-de-France but work there, the Navigo Travel Card can only be ordered by post.
